What is your shipping policy?Updated 15 days ago

All orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The shipping guideline for your order takes effect when your order ships, not when the order is placed.  If an item is a preorder, you will be notified of the ship date in the item description, the cart page, or the confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We assume responsibility for your shipped package until it is marked 'delivered' or 'notice left'.  Once the shipper has marked a package as returned or leaves a delivery attempt notice, we are no longer responsible for your package.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Shipping charges are based on a combination of weight, distance, and the method of shipping selected.  Most of our orders ship by the United States Postal Service.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for most products.  Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient; failure to pay duties on your order may result in the package being returned to us.  Your package will be considered forfeited with no refund given.  Orders that are shipped to international addresses via a proxy shipper are not eligible for refunds for damages.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
